I’m looking to join a growing, mission-driven company where I can deliver positive customer experiences, solve problems quickly, and support people with empathy, drawing on my strong customer service background and mentoring experience.

I am a customer-focused professional with more than six years of experience providing exceptional service in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Through my work as a Guest Service Advocate at Target, a Senior Mentor for international and first-year students, and the owner of a pet-sitting business, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. I recently graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Global Business, maintaining a 3.75 GPA while studying international business strategy, leadership, marketing, sustainable business, and intercultural management.
