At Shell Romania, I managed end-to-end contract processing—creation, review, approval, execution, renewals—while ensuring adherence to internal governance and regulatory standards.

I’m known for careful risk mitigation and accurate execution across cross-functional teams. I conduct compliance checks on contracts, oversee customer master data management with an emphasis on accuracy and integrity, and prepare and validate commission files to support timely delivery.

Before this, I developed operational leadership and real-time decision-making in a safety-critical environment as a Senior Flight Attendant at Qatar Airways. I led multinational crew teams, maintained compliance with aviation regulations and emergency procedures, and handled crisis situations while keeping safety, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction aligned.

Earlier, as an Economist at LPELLINAS OPERATIONS RO, I strengthened my foundation in compliance and data validation by verifying supplier invoices, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
