I've supported banking operations, compliance, and financial documentation across BCR (Erste Group), Banca Transilvania, and independent projects for more than 17 years.

In my current independent consulting work, I support individuals and SMEs with banking processes, credit application preparation, regulatory compliance, onboarding, and financial documentation review. I assess financial and operational risks, identify issues requiring corrective action, and explain complex financial information clearly.

At Banca Transilvania, I managed daily retail and SME branch operations, supervised KYC and customer onboarding, maintained audit readiness, and resolved sensitive operational escalations. I also led and developed branch employees while monitoring operational risk, controls, and service quality.

Earlier at BCR – Erste Group, I supported corporate lending operations through financial statement analysis, creditworthiness assessments, credit applications, and coordination with legal, risk, and credit teams. I'm immediately available for fully remote roles across Europe from Romania.
