What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a junior ServiceNow development, administration, IT support, or technical help desk role where I can build maintainable workflows, troubleshoot platform issues, and grow my ServiceNow skills. I'm also open to remote federal-contractor support roles.

I've built a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance to practice platform configuration, forms, workflows, modules, and scripting fundamentals using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

I’ve worked through Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, notifications, Service Catalog workflows, ITSM processes, CMDB concepts, and platform security concepts including roles and ACLs.

I also collaborated on an Arduino and Raspberry Pi security camera system with motion detection, facial detection, and real-time buzzer alerts, leading testing and troubleshooting to resolve functionality issues.
