I lead cross-functional work on data governance, training, performance management, and sales technology across product families.

At Wells Fargo Commercial Banking, I led client intelligence and commercial strategies, building business information and training initiatives that improved revenue, productivity, and compliance. I helped develop a company-wide data management tool that returned more than $80M in tax credits and contributed to a target-tracking effort that drove 37%+ cross-sale increases.

Through ADR Management Consulting Group and the Minnesota Historical Society, I've served as an interim CIO, change leader, and CRM leader, helping organizations implement knowledge systems, technology roadmaps, vendor management, and talent development. I also mentor early-career professionals and support nonprofit, diversity, inclusion, and recruitment initiatives.
