I've built People Operations infrastructure for Amplify Wealth Partners and now lead employee experience and workforce integration initiatives at Socium Advisors, supporting acquisition-driven growth across a $5B+ AUM organization.

At Amplify, I established the People Operations function for a $2.1B+ AUM firm, led hiring and onboarding for 15 employees, reduced time-to-fill by 20%, and increased 18-month retention from 85% to 92%.
