At Berkeley Research Group | Second Sight Solutions, I lead a 20-member Product Success team supporting a new government pricing platform, serving as the primary contact for entity engagement and reporting platform performance, activity, and client health to executives.

I've built and launched a Tier 2 Product Success team, delivered SQL- and Excel Power Query-based reporting for pharmaceutical partners, and supported 340B policy management through data validation, requirements development, and platform testing. My public health and neuroscience background also includes mental health services analysis for NYC Health, using SQL, SAS, Tableau, Maven, and Excel to analyze supportive-housing records and improve data quality.
