As a Part-Time Product Manager at Trimble, I translated business needs into clear requirements and supported product development through data analysis. I coordinated cross-functional workflows across product, engineering, and operations, tracked KPIs and aligned execution across 4 teams, and identified 4 AI automation opportunities by evaluating workflows—improving efficiency by ~30%.

Previously, I worked as a Product Management Intern where I defined user stories and supported acceptance criteria development with engineering, improving sprint execution quality. I also built structured market analyses across $100M+ markets to support product prioritization, and I validated requirements by identifying edge cases during development cycles.

I also bring a user-first mindset from my Program Manager role at Tech4Good, where I led user research for a 6-person team and conducted 20+ user interviews to translate findings into actionable requirements and design inputs.
