What I'm looking for
I’m a driven and adaptable professional with over 8 years of combined experience in administrative work and the BPO industry in the Philippines. I began my career as an admin staff at an auditing firm, where I spent almost 4 years managing incoming and outgoing transactions, assisting with the preparation and submission of government reportorial requirements, processing business permits and licenses, organizing 201 files, and supporting payroll preparation. This role helped me develop a strong foundation in organization, compliance, and attention to detail.
In 2020, due to personal and financial circumstances, I transitioned into the BPO industry, where I’ve been growing ever since. I started as a customer service agent, handling inbound calls and resolving customer concerns. This experience sharpened my communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. After 3 years, I moved to a new line of business (LOB) focused on home improvement services. My role involved submitting project requests based on customer needs, helping connect them with qualified professionals. Here, I developed strong active listening and customer engagement skills.
After 7 months, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME), a role that allowed me to mentor agents, stay updated with processes, and support the team more strategically. Eight months later, I was again promoted—this time to Team Leader. I was able to lead a team for about a year and 4 months, fostering collaboration, setting clear performance goals, and encouraging open communication to support both productivity and well-being.
I’m passionate about growth—both personal and professional—and I value roles where I can lead with empathy, support continuous learning, and make a meaningful impact in my team and organization.
Currently in the UK temporarily for personal reasons and open to new roles and career growth opportunities. I am eager to leverage my skills, leadership, and experience to make a meaningful impact.
