At Rite of Passage – PASO Program, I assess placement safety and suitability through home visits and phone contacts, and connect children with community services. I also provide crisis intervention or connect families to support when a child’s safety and well-being are at risk.
At Southwest Key Programs, I supported C-suite executives, Regional Directors, and senior leadership across multi-state operations. I coordinated executive travel, calendars, meetings, and follow-up, and tracked priorities with executive leadership and a network of 11 Executive Assistants.
I also supported payroll processing and compliance reviews, regulatory audits, and budget tracking at Southwest Key Programs. I contributed administrative, logistical, and operational support to the launch of new programs.
