Iselin Gomez
@iselingomez
I’m a bilingual case management leader improving compliance, reunifications, and client outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual case management professional with 11+ years of progressive experience leading case management operations, training staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary services within federally funded programs serving unaccompanied children. I bring strong English and Spanish communication to support client service and stakeholder collaboration.
In my roles within an 182-bed ORR program, I’ve maintained high standards of documentation, compliance, and client outcomes—coordinating approximately 30 successful family reunifications per month. I’m also recognized for mentoring approximately 20 Case Managers and supporting safe, well-documented sponsor assessments, safety planning, and release processes.
I lead through structure and accountability: overseeing daily workflow, reviewing and auditing documentation for quality and regulatory alignment, and facilitating weekly multidisciplinary case conferences with clinicians, educators, and legal providers. I’ve also contributed to interviewing and evaluating prospective Case Managers and provided coaching and corrective guidance to strengthen team performance.
Right now, I’m completing the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate to expand my expertise in Excel, SQL, Tableau, data visualization, reporting, and process improvement. I’m excited to combine case management leadership with data-driven insights to strengthen compliance, reporting accuracy, and reunification planning.
