At Rising Ground’s Passage of Hope migrant program, I lead case management work that supports safe, timely family reunifications under ORR guidelines.
I supervise Lead Case Managers, review cases for accuracy and compliance, submit ORR reports and weekly grids, and step into managerial responsibilities when needed. I also guide performance, evaluations, improvement plans, and training compliance.
Previously, I managed up to 80 reunification cases daily and mentored teams of 8–10 case managers. My work has included sponsor assessments, background checks, trafficking screening, service planning, and coordination with clinicians and stakeholders.
I bring experience across migrant services, early intervention, and youth programming, along with native English and Spanish fluency. I use Microsoft Office, UC Portal, MyEvolv, and ADP to maintain accurate documentation and program operations.
