What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex enterprise transformation where I can turn strategy into measurable, sustainable outcomes through operating-model design, portfolio discipline, benefits realisation and change that people adopt.

I've led enterprise transformation at Rio Tinto, integratedLiving Australia, McLean Care, Vuly Play and Queensland Corrective Services, resetting strategy, operating models, portfolios and delivery governance when change has stalled or outpaced organisational capacity. My work has delivered outcomes including a $20M revenue uplift, $42M in redirected capital, and a global Care Hub launched across Australia, Mongolia and Canada within 16 weeks.

I build the delivery engine behind strategy: EPMOs, investment discipline, benefits realisation, program leadership and change people can sustain. Drawing on organisational psychology and applied research, I work with CEOs, Boards and CFOs to balance service continuity, workforce impact, regulatory exposure and financial sustainability.
