I've led statewide digital health transformation across Queensland Health, Gold Coast Health, Mater, eHealth NSW, and national health programs. Most recently, I established Queensland Health's Medical Imaging Central Support Unit, shaping governance, procurement reform, teleradiology options, and a networked model across 16 Hospital and Health Services.

At Gold Coast Health, I developed a $27M Clinical Imaging Management roadmap and business case, improved imaging access across more than 30 specialties and 60 image-producing areas, and pioneered a comprehensive medical imaging AI program spanning nine clinical and non-clinical use cases. I also resolved a significant radiology reporting backlog and delivered go-lives including StrokeViewer AI, private radiology integrations, and clinical imaging repository integrations.

My consulting foundation includes building digital health capability at EY, leading technology advisory engagements at Grant Thornton, and co-founding Health Digital Group. I bring experience in strategy, business cases, governance, enterprise applications, data, AI adoption, multi-vendor delivery, and high-performing program teams.
