I'm leading portfolio change at Macquarie Group, embedding regulatory remediation, risk frameworks and new ways of working across global business groups. On the Clarence program, I drive change and communications across 11 workstreams and lead delivery-framework uplift within Risk Management Group Project Delivery.
I've delivered change across Macquarie, Allianz, Rabobank, AICD, Chartered Accountants ANZ, TAL, ANZ and Commonwealth Bank. My work spans compliance, financial crime, claims transformation, technology implementation, operating models, leadership capability and portfolio governance.
At Allianz, I designed and delivered a frontline leadership coaching program for approximately 75 leaders, achieving 100% attendance, a 4.6/5 program rating and the Claims team's best primary-metrics performance in seven years. I bring an evidence-based behavioural approach informed by my Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, combining strategic oversight with hands-on change delivery.
