Change Manager at Queensland Health who led transformation for the statewide IWFM Roster-to-Pay program.

Australia
Message

At Queensland Health, I led change strategy and delivery for the statewide IWFM (Roster-to-Pay) program, introducing a new rostering, payroll and time-and-attendance platform across Hospital and Health Services. I also backfilled the Director of Business Transformation, contributing to the program’s statewide change direction.

I advised Health Service executives on operating models, including centralised relief management, and translated new ways of working into processes, roles and accountabilities. I assessed change impacts and readiness, reported to implementation steering committees and executives, and raised program risks and dependencies.

As Change Lead, I delivered change for Nursing and Midwifery cohorts across four end-to-end HHS implementations. I mapped workflows in Visio, supported go-live, and coached onsite change leads and analysts. I now run a self-employed finance brokerage at Maxfin, where I set up client workflows, a CRM, and compliance and governance processes.
