What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support executive, operations, project, or program teams where I can build effective systems, coordinate complex priorities, strengthen accountability, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.

I've supported CEOs, boards, and client teams through Scale Army, Athena, and remote assignments for FairPlay Law, Maker5, and Jasper. I coordinate executive priorities, cross-functional projects, stakeholder communications, fundraising operations, and client deliverables across distributed teams.

At Scale Army, I supported operational delivery for the NAAIC AI Summit 2026 at Miami Dade College, coordinating ticketing, badges, vendors, hotel requirements, and event materials for 400+ attendees. For FairPlay Law, I helped establish the venture by researching tools and registration requirements, setting up HubSpot, sourcing web design support, and launching its Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts.

I've also led end-to-end operations for Friendly Bites Cakes and coordinated 18+ programs and projects at Buyology Co. I bring an MBA-backed blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, workflow design, and follow-through.
