What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, compliance, supply chain, sustainability, or community engagement work where I can strengthen governance, resolve stakeholder issues, and deliver accountable field outcomes.

At Wilmar Sugar (Myanmar) Limited, I led supply chain and operations across delivery sites, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and a network of more than 5,000 farmers. I managed commercial agreements, pricing frameworks, government liaison, regulatory reporting, and legal and compliance cases.

I also led land-use, sustainability, and community engagement initiatives, facilitating environmental and social impact discussions and developing CSR solutions to address local concerns.

Previously, I managed field compliance, audits, research, relief distribution, MEAL systems, donor reporting, and infrastructure projects with ACTED and Noble Compassionate Volunteer Group. I bring Burmese-English communication, field-based problem-solving, data integrity, and multi-stakeholder negotiation to complex operations.
