I'm seeking a challenging role in operations and strategic planning where I can contribute valuable inputs, apply my knowledge and interpersonal skills, and support organizational goal attainment.

I've improved claims operations at AIA Myanmar by assessing daily claim submissions, approving cases within authority limits, checking payments for accuracy, and supporting system enhancements, testing, and the AIA+ application. I also delivered training and knowledge-sharing for teams across Claims, Bancassurance, and Agency.

Before AIA, I coordinated international medical services with Bangkok Hospital and partner clinics, guiding patients through specialist selection, travel plans, medical inquiries, and translation. My background also includes social media marketing, restaurant safety planning during COVID, health education, and clinical internship experience across four Yangon public hospitals.
