I am a logistics and competition operations professional with years of hands-on experience supporting national sports events and organizational operations in Myanmar.

I have managed daily logistics operations, inventory, dispatch scheduling and driver assignments to optimize workflow and meet service demand. I prepared resources, documentation, and detailed performance reports to inform procurement and operational improvements.

In competition roles I coordinated schedules, accommodations, emergency responses and acted as a primary liaison across departments to ensure efficient event execution. I also led training on regulatory compliance and established procedures and financial controls to support organizational goals.
