Lusine Andreasyan

I am a risk manager at SOFTCONSTRUCT focused on conducting risk analysis, performing assessments, and predicting potential losses to deliver practical solutions that minimize or eliminate exposure.

Previously, I served as a Sales Manager at IMEX GROUP, where I provided customer service, advised on product assortments, managed a section of the product range, and ensured demonstrations and appropriate stock levels. I also worked as an Insurance Consultant at ROSGOSSTRAKH-ARMENIA, organizing insurance contracts and communicating policy options to clients.

I hold a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Activity and a bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Activity and Management from the Armenian State University of Economics, and I have completed project management and professional skills training that covered time management, business planning, negotiations, financial literacy, and sales skills.

I bring strong communication, initiative, and responsibility to my work, with proficiency in MS Office and an ability to learn quickly. I am purposeful and diligent, fluent in Armenian and intermediate in English, and I seek to apply my combined risk, sales, and insurance experience to deliver measurable results.
