What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable global HR technology ecosystems, leading product architecture, integrations, and cross-functional delivery that improve employee experience and create strategic business value.

I'm currently the Product Owner for AUTODOC's Workday and SmartRecruiters ecosystem, supporting more than 5,000 employees globally. I own product architecture and complex Workday–SmartRecruiters integrations using API/WSDL, ISU, and automated real-time synchronization.

I drove SmartRecruiters implementation across 11 countries, harmonizing Talent Acquisition processes and reducing manual recruiting overhead by 22%. Previously at Delivery Hero, Forto, FlixBus, Farfetch, and Bosch Security Systems, I delivered global HRIS, ATS, reporting, and implementation initiatives.
