What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity in Cargo Flow where I can apply my shipping operations, customer insight, and cargo-movement knowledge to optimise capacity utilisation, coordinate efficient cargo allocation, and strengthen network and business performance.

I've built my career at CMA CGM, supporting import and export customers, cargo release, documentation, shipment tracking, and operational exceptions across shipping operations.

Today, I coordinate end-to-end local and cross-border carrier-haulage movements by road and rail, managing transport orders, container collection, delivery, stacking, releases, and proactive customer updates. I also support system adoption as a Nova and Aggasi super user, helping colleagues use tools accurately and resolve process issues.
