What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or support customer-focused freight operations where I can manage key accounts, improve processes, coordinate multimodal shipments and protect service quality, turnaround times and commercial performance.

I currently support high-volume airfreight import and export operations at Atrax Logistics, coordinating live shipments, customs timelines, delivery, invoicing, supplier costs and operational escalations.

Previously at Santova Logistics, I managed end-to-end air import and export shipments for key accounts, from quotation support and booking through clearance, delivery, costing and final invoicing. I served as the primary operational contact, keeping customers informed and resolving time-critical exceptions.

At TUNL, I led weekly export consolidation activity of more than 200 international shipments to the United States, negotiated freight rates, and improved workflow consistency through SOPs, work plans and reporting controls.

Across nearly 15 years in clearing and forwarding, I've built practical experience in air, ocean and road freight, pricing, Incoterms, customs-supporting documentation, freight costing and customer reporting. I work closely with airlines, agents, transporters, customs stakeholders and internal teams to protect service, accuracy and margin.
