I'm currently coordinating national logistics customer care and operations at Kuehne & Nagel South Africa, managing sea and road import, export, and transit shipments from purchase order through delivery. I handle estimates, carrier bookings, customs compliance, tracking, invoicing, accruals, and service-provider negotiations.
Previously, I supported Africa desk commercial operations at Scan Global Logistics and project logistics at ANT Clearing & Forwarding, including sea freight imports, RIT/RIB movements, cross-trade shipments, and mineral exports. I’ve managed cargo movements across Africa, Europe, and China while maintaining shipment visibility, margins, and customer communication.
During more than a decade at Bidvest International Logistics, I led road export and cross-border route development, managed a team of six export controllers, and secured the Epiroc export account for Central African countries. I’m passionate about coaching young people entering the supply chain industry and delivering ethical, client-focused logistics solutions.
