I’m looking for a role where I can support efficient import and export operations—handling freight documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with strong process discipline, learning fast, and contributing to a dynamic team.

I’m an import/export and logistics professional with hands-on experience in freight forwarding, customs compliance, and shipment documentation. I’ve processed Air Waybills (AWBs), cargo manifests, commercial invoices, Bills of Lading, packing lists, and supported SARS clearance through EDI declarations.

In my DSV Logistics role, I coordinate Air, Sea, and Road freight processes, verifying duties, VAT, and cross-border documentation while ensuring compliance with IATA regulations and air cargo security standards. I also bring a disciplined, high-volume service mindset from my earlier call center and facilitator work, pairing careful data capturing with structured scheduling and reliable client support.
