What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters employee engagement and supports professional growth in a collaborative environment.

I am an Organisational Psychology graduate with a diverse background in HR, Learning & Development, and education. My experience spans across various roles where I have facilitated change and supported employee engagement through human-centered strategies. I am adept at stakeholder communication and possess strong behavioural insights that drive effective instructional design and cultural transitions.

During my tenure as an English Teacher in Shanghai, I applied behavioural psychology principles to enhance learner development and engagement. I designed custom learning interventions and coordinated events that fostered collaboration among teachers and management. My role as an HR Administrator at Globeleq involved supporting organisational processes during restructuring and implementing policies that streamlined recruitment and performance metrics.

Currently, I am on a career break, focusing on family care while engaging in professional development. I have completed simulations in change management and strategy consulting, and I am continuously upskilling in digital tools, including Python and project management dashboards. I am passionate about creating resilient, learning-driven organisational cultures that empower individuals and teams.
