With a strong educational background in BED (Senior phase and FET Teaching Hospitality Service & Business Studies) and Public Management N4 & N5 Certificate, I possess a unique blend of skills and knowledge. My experience as an HR Intern and Admin Clerk at Elangeni TVET College has equipped me with excellent administration skills, including filing, recording, and updating staff information.
As a Distance Learning Tutor, I have honed my skills in lectureship, assessments, and classroom management. I am confident in my ability to coordinate, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and possess good verbal and written communication skills. I am a strong problem solver and decision maker, with excellent leadership and decision-making qualities.
