Kelsey Pereira

As a Human Resource Officer, I provide comprehensive HR functions for a group of companies, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with labor laws. My role includes administering employee benefits, facilitating disciplinary processes, and enhancing internal relations.

In my role as an HR Administrative Assistant, I supported HR functions by managing employee records, assisting with medical aid applications, and coordinating training programs. I was responsible for maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

As an Educator Assistant, I supported school administration, supervised students, and assisted in the evaluation and assessment of learners. My role involved ensuring a conducive learning environment and facilitating academic activities.

Grade: Cum Laude

Achieved a Bachelor of Arts Honours (Cum Laude) in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, ranked 1st in the program with a total of 5 out of 6 distinctions.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, achieving a total of 22 distinctions throughout the program.

Completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law Practice, focusing on the legal aspects of human resource management and labor relations.

Obtained the NSC Matric certificate with a Bachelor’s Pass, achieving 2 distinctions.
