I’m a Senior Technician/Medical Receptionist focused on patient-centered care and reliable clinical operations. In my current role, I oversee and train Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation technicians while preparing and administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.
I’m comfortable bridging clinical work and patient communication. I explain treatment procedures, troubleshoot TMS machine issues before escalating to technical support, and maintain clinical documentation while communicating confidential information appropriately with providers and staff.
Beyond direct care, I keep workflows moving with detailed administrative ownership—EHR management, scheduling, prior authorization insurance forms, filing and updating medical records, and supporting laboratory services and hospitalizations. I also participate in weekly meetings with management and office providers to ensure alignment across the team.
