At Umoya Connect, I lead business development and event design for company retreats, offsites, and team experiences across Africa. I helped build the function from the ground up, creating its outreach process, pitch decks, and pricing model.

I source destinations and suppliers, develop retreat programmes, and negotiate partnerships with hotels, lodges, and activity providers. I’ve also developed retreat proposals for international teams of 20–50 people visiting South Africa.
