I joined the company to provide direct administrative support to the company’s Founder, Brad Lamm, working closely with the Los Angeles-based team. Manage schedules, intervention support, and social media for effective marketing. Skilled in media relations, business communication, and strategic planning, offering valuable insights for marketing strategies.

Led client digital management, ensuring compliance, strategic planning, and ongoing monitoring. As primary CS for the Pernambuco State Office, collaborated on projects across social media platforms. Oversaw their 2020 Carnival Campaign, pivoting during the COVID-19 pandemic to lead the team in releasing official pandemic reports to the public and press.

Led "Politiquê?" NGO promoting children's engagement through political education. Provided support, and led project creation, and development both online and offline. Headed Communication and Social Media in 2013, contributing to its growth. From March 2018 to May 2021, served as Vice President of Politiquê? and Vice President of the Advisory Board.

Responsible for analytical studies of end-consumers regarding the positioning of statistical data of priority customers and writing reports to provide data and brand-related opportunities and aggregation towards social media content to clients such as Brazil's Ministry of Education and M. Dias Branco Group. Know-how with customer relations and direct contact with final consumers.
