What I'm looking for
I’m an Executive Assistant with strong intake and records experience, focused on making sure each client’s case moves forward smoothly. I’ve overseen the front-line desk by receiving all digital correspondence and directing it to the right departments.
In intake, I was first lined upon client’s case—asking proper questions about how the incident happened, the date of loss, passengers, time, personal injuries, location, and insurance. I bring a careful, client-first approach that helps ensure the right details are captured from the start.
As a Records Clerk, I collected all medical records and bills, organized them by updating costs, and tracked medical treatments through completion. I then called providers’ offices to obtain a final itemized bill via email or FAX, and saved it on the client’s case.
