I'm an operations and compliance leader with 8+ years of experience managing teams across audit, billing, and client onboarding, and I'm now transitioning into QA analyst and junior software development roles. I'm making this shift on purpose: I do my best work hands-on, building and testing, and I want my career to reflect that.
At Athena, I lead Client Onboarding and Matching, owning the client journey from initial engagement through EA matching and the Partnership Kickoff Call. I built quality-review frameworks for onboarding conversations to identify process gaps and coaching opportunities, and I partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to improve client readiness.
Along the way, I started building the tools my team needed. I shipped a Rematch Training Dashboard using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, which replaced a manual tracking workflow and gave Operations real-time visibility into the training pool. I'm currently developing a Matching Queue Interface on the same stack to help analysts triage and track client queues.
Before Athena, I spent nearly five years as Compliance Manager at HCLTech (Xerox), leading Quality Analysts who performed daily audits of service revenue processes against SOX requirements. I implemented control points that standardized processes and delivered accurate documentation for Internal Audit. That work trained me to think like a tester: compare outputs against requirements, find where things break, and document it clearly. Earlier at Xerox, I worked in billing, became a trainer, and helped transition roles and processes from US locations to Guatemala.
On the development side, I completed a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp and Oracle's Back End Development Program, and I've built responsive applications with JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, including a landing page for Ame Home. I test my APIs with Postman and use AI-assisted development with Claude Code.
I'm looking for a QA analyst or junior developer role where my attention to detail, process discipline, and communication skills can make an impact from day one.
