At TELUS International, I lead manual and automated testing for a web platform that orders telecommunication services. I create and maintain test cases and regression libraries, track defects, and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
I work closely with business teams to start quality processes early in the SDLC, executing progression, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing. My automation work includes Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, JavaScript, Java, Jenkins, and Postman.
Previously, I supported production quality at Conduent, built an automated regression library and pipeline at BairesDev, and developed front-end features at Viaro Networks. I enjoy researching problems, finding solutions, embracing change, and taking on challenges.
