I am a results-oriented QA analyst with a strong background in both manual testing and automation basics. My journey in the tech industry began with a focus on customer service, which honed my communication skills and ability to understand user needs. I transitioned into web development through a trainee program, where I gained hands-on experience as a FullStack Developer, utilizing technologies like Angular and Node.js.

Currently, I serve as a QA Lead at Walmart Mexico & Central America, where I direct a team of up to six members. My role involves overseeing various testing processes, including functional, regression, and integration testing. I take pride in my ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution and quality delivery. My commitment to maintaining high standards is reflected in my meticulous documentation and test planning, which I manage using tools like Xray Jira and Confluence.
