What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply interdisciplinary research and strategic thinking to help organisations navigate challenges and make more informed decisions.

At Quantum Consumer Solutions, I lead end-to-end qualitative insight workstreams across exploratory, innovation, and evaluative briefs.

I turn qualitative and semiotic data into actionable narratives that shape brand positioning, communications, product and packaging pipelines, and go-to-market strategy. My work spans humanitarian aid, entertainment, tech, beauty, F&B, and banking clients across Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.

I've used focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, digital self-ethnography, semiotic analysis, expert interviews, desk research, and integrated qual-quant approaches to connect culture, category, and consumer perspectives. I also co-facilitate workshops that help brand teams align on insights and innovation directions.

My background in Economics and Urban Studies includes GIS and econometric research on the economic effects of malaria, consumer-segment and market-trend analysis, and fieldwork with low-income families in irregular settlements in Mexico.
