What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead research and strategy for human-centred digital products, services, and AI innovation, partnering across disciplines to solve complex customer, employee, and public-sector problems.

I lead UX research and strategy at Trinax across government, health, property, and public-policy innovation in Singapore and Thailand. My work includes usability testing for an AI health coach, research for Singapore’s national food composition database, and strategy for the Singapore Land Authority’s property portal.

Previously at Standard Chartered, I led global research for internal employee platforms, including performance management, career development, and end-to-end employee journeys. At Grab, I shaped research and service design across Food and Logistics, including GrabExpress, GrabKitchen, GrabMart, and smart-store concepts.

I bring 15+ years spanning UX research, service design, product strategy, design thinking, and architecture. I use ethnographic research, facilitation, and systems thinking to turn complex user behaviour into actionable product and service decisions.
