I’m a detail-oriented Medical Records Analyst and Documentation Specialist, focused on reviewing, organizing, and analyzing complex medical and legal records for personal injury cases. In my current role, I turn large volumes of documentation into clear, structured summaries that legal teams can trust.

I review medical records, diagnostic reports, and treatment documentation; identify diagnoses, procedures, and treatment recommendations; and prepare chronological medical summaries and case documentation. I maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple case files, including document review and quality control under strict deadlines. I also support attorneys and case managers with concise, structured documentation for remote environments.

Outside traditional case work, I’ve participated in cultural project planning, research, documentation, and information gathering. I’m comfortable coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing information, and preparing reports that communicate key findings clearly.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management and postgraduate studies in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management (SSOMA), and I’ve completed SSOMA training focused on workplace safety and risk prevention. I bring strong attention to detail, time management, and continuous process improvement to every file I handle.
