At JustPressOne Inc., I built and maintained a call-distribution system for a US warranty-services provider, serving 150+ CSR agents handling thousands of calls and SMS tasks per day. I developed the agent-facing interface in Vue 3 and TypeScript, and maintained the Laravel backend and REST APIs through two major framework upgrades.
