I’m looking to partner closely with hiring managers, own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, and lead teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience—using market insights, recruitment metrics, and budgeting to drive business results.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who partners with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective recruitment strategies. I manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through the offer stage, leveraging LinkedIn and other channels to assess candidates and deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience.

Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, I led the development, implementation, and administration of recruitment programs and directed a team of 8 recruiters. I set team goals and targets, monitored recruitment metrics, maintained accurate records and reports, and supported decision-making with market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.

I also strengthen employer branding and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. I bring hands-on recruiting experience across France, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, and more—creating job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts, and coordinating job boards, social media, messages, advertising campaigns, and background check scheduling.
