What I'm looking for
I’m a Talent Acquisition Consultant focused on full life cycle recruiting in high-volume environments, with deep experience supporting international hiring across EU markets. I source, screen, interview, pre-qualify candidates, gather client feedback, and maintain structured candidate databases.
Since September 2024, I’ve been Talent Acquisition Consultant for the EU market (freelance) at Cross Border Talent, providing end-to-end support from CV screening and calls to interviews. I also coordinate language tests, ensure legal documents are up to date, and support EU relocation so candidates can move forward smoothly.
From September 2022 to October 2023, I supported recruiting in the international pharmaceutical industry at ProductLife Group, working closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand current and future needs. I handled confidential hiring by partnering with the Board of directors, benchmarked markets, provided weekly status reports, and negotiated offers with HRBP to close candidates for key support, Regulatory affairs, and PV needs.
Earlier, I worked as a Freelance EU market Talent Acquisition IT Consultant and HR (August 2018 to August 2022), delivering executive search and C-level hiring on stakeholder requests, while also resolving employee conflicts and restructuring across business units. Before that, I built a strong foundation in HR and operations through roles at AXA Customer Services (Human Resources Coordinator, Administrative Officer, and Team Manager), plus quality assurance, training, and customer service experience.
