At Virtual Pay Solutions (o/a OnyxRails), I built the operating foundations as a founding operations leader and shipped production software with AI coding tools. I took merchant billing from specification to live in about 10 days.

For regulated fintech and payments clients, I led a KYC/KYB vendor switch with no gap in coverage, rebuilt six onboarding paths, and developed a FINTRAC risk-based client assessment. I also took the first four clients from signed agreement to paid invoice.

At Genomii, I defined product UI/UX and features with the Harvard-backed development team. I also founded and ran Infinite Care, growing it to 30+ community care centers, and built and opened five senior care homes.
