I’m a People & Culture Coordinator with 3+ years supporting end-to-end HR operations across hospitality and entertainment in Qatar. I focus on workforce administration that is accurate, compliant, and operationally efficient.

Across multiple departments and multicultural teams, I lead recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations. I’ve maintained 100% employee file compliance through regular audits and document tracking aligned to company standards and Qatari Labour Law.

I also manage payroll inputs and HR documentation workflows, supporting accurate monthly payroll processing. I contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification outcomes and helped improve organisational audit performance from 75.92% to 85% through strong compliance management and documentation control.
