I seek HR roles where I can lead payroll and operations, implement HR automation, support remote teams, and grow in HR technology and people operations.

I am an HR professional experienced in coordinating payroll, employee records, recruitment support, and end-to-end HR operations for distributed and international teams. I currently serve as HR Team Lead at OnQ Global, Inc., where I coordinate payroll processes, maintain HR documentation, generate workforce reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve HR workflows.

I have led RPA collaboration to automate payroll number integration into timecards, reducing manual processing, and have supported onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance across multiple locations. I am pursuing a Professional Masters Diploma in AI in HR and Recruitment to deepen my expertise in HR technology, automation, and modern people operations.
