What I'm looking for

I’m available immediately for remote freelance work.

At Vend, I developed the company’s landing page end to end in Next.js, adding SMTP contact emails and WhatsApp integration. The site is live at vend.app.br.

I also worked on Vend’s production multi-tenant SaaS for WhatsApp customer service and debt collection, building interfaces and contributing to PostgreSQL-backed features, including Stripe billing.

I built and maintained two production AI features: a conversational analytics assistant that answers questions about operational data with text and dynamic charts, and a real-time reply suggestion assistant for customer-service agents.

My work at Vend spanned the NestJS and PostgreSQL API, deployment and production support. I also helped manage the development team and led client meetings for requirements and feedback.
