In my current Principal Branch Operation role, I prepare and analyze KPI-based monthly performance reports, guide branches on banking processes and cost reduction, coordinate compliance activities aligned with National Bank of Ethiopia requirements, and evaluate new banking products through business test cases.

I've also handled customer account requests, complaints, inquiries, documentation review, and stakeholder coordination while developing policies, procedures, terms, tariffs, training materials, and supporting documents.

Across district business support, customer account follow-up, and customer service roles, I've coached staff, monitored performance, resolved operational issues, and delivered timely reports in a fast-paced banking environment.
