What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can support people with Medicare coverage and claims, solve issues efficiently, and communicate clearly—especially in a structured call-center environment that values accuracy and professionalism.

I’m a customer care professional with more than 25 years of experience helping people navigate complex health and financial needs. I’m analytic, calm under pressure, and focused on solving problems with clear, professional communication.

In call-center and customer support roles, I assist customers with Medicare PDP & Advantage coverage plan applications and status checks, explain benefits and limitations, and guide customers through the appeal process. I also handle account maintenance such as updating change of address, phone, and email, plus processing inquiries related to deposits, funds not received, and fee explanations.

Beyond coverage support, I’ve worked with claim and revenue-cycle tasks by reviewing medical claims for payment accuracy using Medicare and insurance contracts, ICD 10, and pricing tools and guidelines. I’ve also managed store operations as an Office Administrator—opening/closing, merchandising, inventory and delivery tracking, training new representatives, and resolving customer disputes through active listening and win-win solutions.
