At Beauty Vortex B.V., I serve as the first point of contact for B2B and B2C customers, managing questions, account relationships, lead generation, and full order processing from delivery through after-sales.

I independently coordinate daily administration, planning, CRM workflows, and community management. I use Zoho One, Shopify, WordPress, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to keep work accurate, organised, and customer-focused.

As a freelance entrepreneur, I have managed client work from initial enquiry to completion, built a Shopify webshop, and created social media, email marketing, newsletters, and SEO content. I work remotely, communicate fluently in Dutch and English, and quickly learn new systems.
