I’m a Healthcare Compliance Auditor, Educator, and Coding Consultant with 30+ years of experience in physician, outpatient, and inpatient coding, regulatory compliance, and clinical documentation improvement. I’m recognized for expert-level knowledge of CMS regulations, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and audit-driven performance improvement.

In my current role at Himagine Solutions /Omega Healthcare, I conduct comprehensive compliance coding audits to evaluate documentation accuracy, medical necessity, and regulatory adherence. I analyze medical records, produce detailed audit reports with actionable findings, and recommend performance improvement plans that clients can implement.

I also deliver customized education for providers and coding staff—building trust through physician engagement, curriculum development, and hands-on training.
